Use this worksheet to develop your design layout before you start the listing process. These are the items you will complete when you list your home.
Features 1, 2 and 3 should be used to describe 3 important categories about the listing.
Perhaps feature 1 is Financial Flexibility as this is critical in attracting the tenants you are seeking.
Feature 2 may be Schools that the tenant’s children will attend.
Feature 3 may be information about the area: recreational activities, shopping, transportation links, view, etc.
Full Description may be used to give additional information that you feel is important.
You do not need to use all the description boxes. You could use feature 1,2,3 and leave Full Description blank. Remember you will have check boxes to complete. You may use less description and use the check boxes instead. You may use more description and fewer or no check boxes.
The goal is to build a compelling informative page which can be used as a flyer. Many landlords prefer to keep it to one page. Others will use more description and print on both sides of the flyer. You can try one way and re-work it if you don’t like the result.
You should then ... copy and paste... the descriptions from Feature 1,2,3 and full description onto the listing site. The other information will be on your worksheet to help you fill in the blanks on the listing site.
