This website was created to bring Landlords and Prospective Tenants together in a unique and special way.

We are NOT a Search Engine or a Search Site. Our role is different.

We work as a supplement to the search engines.

When a Landlord has a property that becomes available For Rent they must “list it” on multiple Search Sites.
Each of these sites have their own way of presenting the listings. Nothing is uniform, not the number of pictures allowed or the format for the descriptions. Most do not even offer a slideshow. But the listing on these search sites can be linked to this website.

This site allows the Tenants to see ALL the information that the Landlord has prepared for them in one place. This way the tenants will not be missing information just because it did not fit into the listing format of the Search Site.

We are dedicated to providing a place on the web that will save time and energy for the Landlord and Prospective Tenant. A place that will make the process of listing and choosing a rental home ….. quicker…. easier….. and more efficient.
